This technology package is the premier in event night services. In addition to all the above services, we add touch-screen bidding to your auction to give it that over the top feeling and to increase revenue. Imagine your event without bid sheets. Instead wireless bid stations entice bidders from atop 42 inch hi-cab tables or directly from your auction tables. The colors, excitement and ease of use of this computerized experience will boost your auction revenue, guaranteed, and your patrons will love the excitement.

Big screen projection lures your patrons to auction highlights such as live auction items, current high bids, popular silent auction items, items without bids, auction sponsors, and even streaming video presentations.

Our service is ideal for small and large scale auctions and can reduce the physical space requirements of your auction. Bidding greatly increases as patrons can bid on any item in your auction from anywhere in the venue. They can even bid during dinner right at the table if you wish. Watch them use the "My Bids" feature to see what items they are winning and to easily re-bid on items they are losing. Since your entire auction will be automated, post-auction tabulation time is reduced to nothing allowing you to keep your auction open longer thus increasing fundraising revenue by at least 20%!

AES provides the equipment and the staff to setup the bidding environment and then to monitor it throughout the evening, ensuring a successful and fun evening for all.

Touch screen technology packages are priced with a minimum fee of $4,500 or 12% of the silent auction total which ever is highest after the event. This pricing structure includes a cost ceiling and the increase in auction revenue experienced by using this technology can be guaranteed to extend beyond the final cost of AES service.
